Greetings Church!

After many months of quarantine and social distancing, we are now ready to resume our in-person gatherings at Haddonfield Bible Church! This was a long-awaited day and we praise the Lord for allowing us to reconvene and worship the Lord together once again. We understand that everyone is eager to embrace one another, however, we need to be mindful of the ongoing pandemic. Our Elders have prepared guidelines to ensure the health and safety of the Church and our visitors.

Requirements


Visitors will not be allowed to enter the building unless you adhere to the following:

-All visitors are required to wear a mask or face covering upon entering the building and throughout the duration of the service.

-All visitors are required to maintain social distancing of six feet apart for the duration of the service.

-No food or beverages are permitted inside the building.

TRAVEL ADVISORY:

We are requesting anyone who has traveled out of the state to one of the states or territories on the New Jersey quarantine list to please adhere to the recommended quarantine time of 14 days prior to attending church. As an alternative, after travel to one the listed states, you can schedule your test and have your results in some cases in as little as 72 hours which, if negative, will allow you to reconvene with our church much sooner. We thank you for your adherence to this safety measure. Church members should also advise their respective Elder on any scheduled travel plans in light of this measure.

Seating


To ensure that we maintain social distancing, every other pew will remain empty. One family will be assigned to each pew; depending on the size of the family/visitor. There is no reserved seating. If you desire a particular seat, we advise you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the service.

Seating will be assigned in the following ways:

- Upon entering the building, ushers will direct you and your family to the next available seating.

-Upon our main sanctuary reaching full capacity, remaining visitors will be seated in the Fellowship Hall to view the service via live-stream.

-Upon the entire building reaching full capacity, we will be unable to accommodate any additional congregants. However, you may be able to view our service via live-stream on Youtube.

Worship Service


To ensure the health and safety of our worship team and visitors, we have installed a plexiglass shield between the stage and the congregation. As previously stated, all masks and face coverings must be fully worn throughout service.

If you would like to give an offering, you may drop your offering in the Giving Box which is located in the back of the Sanctuary.

Departure


Once our service has concluded, our Ushers will assist in directing each individual row of seating to the exit; to ensure we maintain social distancing guidelines.
